How do I create a store?
Sign in with your email, pick a handle, add your WhatsApp number and a logo, then add your first product. It takes about 30 minutes from your phone.
How do I add products?
From your dashboard, add a product with a name, price in KES, condition, and at least one photo. Add as many as you like.
How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes — or let us do it for you with KSh 4,500 concierge setup.
How buyers order & payment
How do buyers order?
They browse your storefront and tap Order on WhatsApp; your chat opens with the product prefilled.
How do I get paid? How does M-Pesa work?
Buyers pay you directly via your M-Pesa till. cart.ke never holds money or takes commission.
Is there a cart or online checkout?
No — by design. The order happens in your WhatsApp chat, which Kenyan buyers already trust.
Do you take any commission?
No, never — you keep every shilling.

Is my data safe?
